Five days has passed since I saw those horrible kayaking pictures and I they really seem to have scared me. I have cut down on carbs in food as well as skipped cookies and candy. Of course I have to live, so I have had some red wine - it's summer!
I do not have any goal (no goal - no strategy) and to really make some progress I need one o that will be the goal of the next few days. ;-)
Yesterday I played tennis for the first time in many years and it went much better than expected. Hope to play more this summer.
Todays exercise:
- Inlines, 1.5h with my daughter in perambulator
- Clean out and fix our garage, whole day
